CAMPER REGISTRATION

Calling all Bruno & area (and beyond!) kids aged 4-11! Come play, pray, sing, make crafts, enjoys delicious snacks, and learn about God during five fun filled mornings. Hang out with old friends, and meet some new friends… and maybe even an amazing talking cat named Moses 🙂

Cost per child:

Early-bird: $75 (until June 15);
Standard: $85 (June 16- June 30)
pay by e-transfer to StBrunoVBS@gmail.com; include child(ren) name(s) in the memo field (please contact our registration coordinator if other payment arrangements are needed)
NOTE: There is a maximum of 12 campers for the 4yo group. Campers who are 4yo and registered after the 12 spots are filled will be placed on the waiting list. No payment is due until your child moves to active camper status.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

With an expected 100 kids, we need your help to make this VBS an awesome encounter with Christ. Sign-up as a group leader or station assistant and make a difference!

Adults of all ages, and youth ages 12-17 are invited to help out. Pre-registering as a volunteer via the button below is REQUIRED.

There will also be an option for childcare for kids aged 1-3 to enable parents with young children to assist with some of the VBS! Childcare need and volunteer availability for helping with childcare are also options on the sign-up form,

Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector Check:

All adult volunteers aged 18+ require a recent* Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check on file in order assist at the St. Bruno VBS.

To get your CRC: please bring a printed copy of the St. Bruno VBS Volunteer – Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check request letter (PDF) and two piece of ID (one gov’t photo) with you when you apply in person at your local RCMP detachment. Call ahead to your detachment to inquire about the hours that they conduct CRCs (Humboldt accepts CRCs Tuesday-Thrusday from 8:30am-11:00am). For volunteers, there should be no charge to obtain your CRC when applying with the above letter.

*if you provided a CRC to us in 2023-2025, you do not need to submit a new CRC unless something had changed on your police file. Volunteers with a 2022 or earlier CRC on file will need to submit a new CRC.

Daily Schedule:

Daily: 8:30am – 9:00am — Registration / check-in
Daily: 9:00am – 12:00pm — VBS time!
Monday-Wednesday: 12:00pm — Pick-up
Thursday: 12:00pm — Family BBQ/Picnic (food provided)

Location & Directions:

St Bruno Parish, 700 Kirby St., is in the NW corner of Bruno at the corner of St. Anthony Ave. and Kirby St. (See on Google Maps)

Drive north on Main St., and turn west (left) onto Ursuline Ave. when you reach St. Therese Institute; proceed around St. Therese, turning north (right) on Kirby St., and you’ll arrive at St. Bruno Parish.

From Grid Road (aka “The 4 Mile” or Hwy 670), turn east onto St. Anthony Ave. St. Bruno Parish is at the end of the street on your left (watch for traffic coming north on Kirby St. as you enter the parking lot).
